Gary has been selling residential real estate since 1980 in the Cambridge/Somerville area and is one of the top agents in both cities with a very long history of handling the sales of condominium projects containing anywhere from 3 units to 40 units.

Gary, a native of Cambridge, has successfully been involved in well over 2000 transactions in both cities and his affability and expertise pave the way for smooth transactions.

Gary has been an award-winning Realtorâ for the past 10 years ranking in the top 5% of Realtorsâ nationwide. He has represented many home sellers and purchasers in a wide array of real estate transactions and has a long track record of successfully assisting local, national and multi-national clients with their residential real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, and investments and has built a solid business foundation through repeat clients, referrals and new customers.

Gary specializes in applying his expertise such as home buyer and seller representation, appraisal, global marketing, negotiating and market knowledge to assist in the buying or selling of single family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, buildings, and commercial space., all while providing service that consistently exceeds the investment goals of his clients.

In addition to being an active volunteer with Community Cooks and Pie in the Sky, Gary is an avid mountain biker, skier, and loves playing in several basketball leagues. He’s an active member in professional networking real estate groups such as the National Association of Realtorsâ, the Massachusetts Association of Realtorsâ, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.  Gary graduated from Assumption College in Worcester with a with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Art History.

Grace grew up in Newton, MA and went to the College of Charleston, SC. She has had a longstanding

interest in Real Estate. In college she worked for a Real Estate Attorney where she initially became enthusiastic about the industry. Prior to working at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage full-time, Grace worked for a firm in Arlington, MA for two years, helping numerous agents with administrative work and marketing.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and then went on to take courses in Interior Design and Architecture, so she has a great eye for what makes a home look great! In her free time, she enjoys being active by going to yoga and Soul Cycle. Grace has been involved with The March of Dimes for years by participating in walks and fundraisers.
